Choosing Parts for a Trial Order
- Pick parts you use regularly, such as filters, seals, or sensors, so the comparison with your current supplier is meaningful
- Include at least one item that is harder to find, to see how sourcing and lead times are handled

Checking the Trial Order on Arrival
- Compare part numbers, labels, and packaging with the quotation and your old parts
- Check that the invoice, packing list, and box labels match line by line

- If anything does not match, send photos before installing the part
Moving to Repeat or Framework Orders
- Larger maintenance and overhaul lists can follow once the trial order has been checked
